Whole30 Bison Veggie Omelette

This tasty omelette was featured on our Whole30 Challenge: Day 22, and consists of bison, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and a side of sea-salted avocado and our no sugar added salsa. You can also serve with our versatile Whole30 Salsa/Pico de Gallo.

Whole30 Bison Veggie Omelette


  • eggs

  • ground bison (or ground beef)

  • bell pepper, chopped

  • onion, chopped

  • tomatoes, chopped

  • olive oil (or coconut oil)

  • sea salt and pepper to taste


  • avocado

  • Whole30 approved salsa


  1. Mix eggs in a small bowl.

  2. In one pan, sauté onions with bison over medium heat.

  3. In another pan, heat olive oil (or coconut oil) in pan over medium heat.

  4. Add eggs, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, bison, and anything else you'd like to add. Cook over medium heat, flipping omelette once.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Serve with avocado seasoned with sea salt and either Whole30-approved salsa or try our Whole30 Salsa/Pico de Gallo.

TASTE TEST: The omelette tasted even better than it looked. :) The avocado and salsa really help to add some variety to the Whole30 minimalist omelette situation (aka no dairy). ;)
