Just cook 2 eggs cooked in coconut oil (this makes a tasty egg and you can't even taste the coconut oil!) and serve with bison meat with sautéed onions (which I made the day before, thank God for food prep), 1/2 an avocado with sea salt, and a small tree. ;) Oh and Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
